Shawnee Smith (5' 3") is a American television and film actress. Smith is best known for her character Amanda Young in Saw and Linda in CBS' sitcom Becker. Smith was a member of the metal group Fydolla ho, with whom she toured in the United States and United Kingdom. She also is a member of Smith & Pyle Smith & Pyle, a desert-country rock band created by Missi Pyle. Shawnee Smith is the daughter of Jim Smith, a former US Air Force Pilot and financial planner who was also an oncology nursing. She was born in Orangeburg South Carolina. The family lived in Van Nuys, California. the Smith family moved there when Shawnee was just a baby. Their parents split when she turned two. Then, her mother got married at age 8. Her schooling was at Ranchito Avenue School, Panorama City Los Angeles. Madison Jr. High is North Hollywood. North Hollywood High School and graduated in 1988. In 2019, Rachel sold out Radio City Music Hall in her show Crazy Ex-Girlfriend: Live as part of a multi-show tour. She also appeared in her solo tour, What Am I Doing with My Life? The tour included a residency of a time at Just For Laughs.
