Kim Delaney is an American actor who is most well-known as the character detective Diane Russell in ABCs series NYPD Blue for which she won the Emmy Award. She is also known for her roles in the drama series All My Children Philly CSI: Miami and Army Wives. The actress, who is gifted and stunning, has had to battle alcoholism in the past. The marriages she has had ended in failure two times. In 2005, she lost custody of her sole son.
